    Policy Statement: Spot On by Enlighten is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges of Spot On products.  


Return Eligibility

 
Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with tags intact.   
  • Custom-made or special order products are non-returnable.  
  • Proof of purchase required (order number, email confirmation). 

Return Process

    
  1. Customer initiates return request via email, WhatsApp, or customer portal.
  2. Customer service issues a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Bosta schedules pickup within 2-3 business days.  
  4. Product is inspected upon return (within 5-7 business days).
  5. Refund processed to original payment method within 15 business days.    

Exchange Process


  1. Follow return process steps 1-3.  
  2. Specify desired replacement item at time of return request.   
  3. Replacement shipped upon receipt and inspection of returned item.   
  4. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. 

Shipping Fees


  • Return shipping fees deducted from refund unless item is defective/incorrect.   
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.  
  • No restocking fees for standard returns.

Damage Claims

    
  • Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. 
  • Photos of damage must be provided.  
  • Immediate replacement shipped or full refund issued including shipping costs.
