Policy Statement: Spot On by Enlighten is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges of Spot On products.
Return Eligibility
Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with tags intact.
- Custom-made or special order products are non-returnable.
- Proof of purchase required (order number, email confirmation).
Return Process
- Customer initiates return request via email, WhatsApp, or customer portal.
- Customer service issues a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Bosta schedules pickup within 2-3 business days.
- Product is inspected upon return (within 5-7 business days).
- Refund processed to original payment method within 15 business days.
Exchange Process
- Follow return process steps 1-3.
- Specify desired replacement item at time of return request.
- Replacement shipped upon receipt and inspection of returned item.
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Shipping Fees
- Return shipping fees deducted from refund unless item is defective/incorrect.
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
- No restocking fees for standard returns.
Damage Claims
- Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Photos of damage must be provided.
- Immediate replacement shipped or full refund issued including shipping costs.
